With 38 years of real estate experience in Steamboat Springs, Pam has earned a reputation as a mogul in this industry, as well as a powerful Ski Town, USA® business leader. Pam has grown her team, The Vanatta Group, to Steamboat’s #1 team by sales volume for many years running. Pam is the premier broker in luxury real estate and many of her accomplishments expand nationwide.

For over 30 years, Pam has ranked as one of the top real estate agents nationwide. She is highly regarded for her outstanding service and is strongly recognized for her success in marketing and selling luxury real estate in Colorado. In 2000, Pam and her business partner took advantage of the opportunity to purchase Prudential Steamboat Realty, which proved to be a very wise decision. In 2007, Prudential Steamboat Realty was named “Company of the Year” by the Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association and “Philanthropist of the Year” by the Yampa Valley Community Foundation -designations Pam is most proud of.

In 2014, the company made the transition to Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty in an effort to effectively expand its reach on a global scale. In 2021, as co-owner of Steamboat Sotheby’s Realty, Pam sold the brokerage after 21 years of ownership. Today, Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty maintains its long-standing position as the #1 market-share leader in Steamboat Springs.

Pam has a personal commitment to the Steamboat Springs community and is generous with both her time and money to many local causes. She serves on the foundation board for the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club, a long-standing board member of our locally owned Yampa Valley Bank, and new board member of Steamboat Art Museum.

She is a past board member of the Yampa Valley Medical Center, the Yampa Valley Community Foundation, Strings in the Mountain, Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association, United Way and the Steamboat Springs Board of Real Estate Agents. Pam loves the outdoors and spends time hiking in the summertime and skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. Pam is an avid golfer and was Club Champion at the Catamount Golf Course in 2004, 2007 and 2013.
